Art on a Postcard is looking for an Office intern to join their small and fast-paced team to assist around the office. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day; some examples include supporting our Auction coordinator with organising our auctions and assisting the Digital Marketing and Commercial coordinator with content creation (e.g. social media). You will report to the Digital Marketing and Commercial Coordinator and the Managing Director. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us for a maximum of three months on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Art on a Postcard raises money for charity through art auctions and print sales. They work with leading international contemporary artists, so this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in both the art and charitable sectors be part of a creative team which makes a difference.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Proficiency on Photoshop and InDesign
- Have an interest in art and photography especially contemporary artists
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communications skills and enthusiasm for working in a small team
- Keen eye and attention to detail
