Trainee Podcast Producer

They're looking for a new full-time Trainee Podcast Producer to work with the team running the award winning Transmission Roundhouse (TR). They produce the most creative and innovative audio-led content made by 18-25 year olds from the heart of one of London's most exciting venues. This is a fantastic time to join the TR team as they prepare to move into our new state of the art podcast studio being built as part of the Roundhouse's Creative Centre.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative platform, so they're looking for someone with studio and audio experience, who is enthusiastic about producing excellent audio, technical troubleshooting and works best when working with other people.

They're hoping to find someone who wants to gain the skills and experience to carve their own career in the audio industry. You'll work alongside the Senior Producer to recruit a new cohort of talented presenters and producers and support them to develop and produce podcasts and content. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the audio platform, building a roster of new shows, regularly supporting the emerging presenters and producers, and developing partnerships with community and industry based contacts as well as maintaining good working relationships with colleagues in the Roundhouse.
