Hoot Creative Arts are looking for a confident and conscientious Administration Officer to join the team. The role will provide a front of house reception service and a variety of practical administrative support to hoot staff and its projects. The role also includes handling sensitive and confidential information and answering sometimes sensitive phone calls where people may be experiencing anxiety, worry, and sometimes distress. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of hoot's various projects.
