They have created a new role in their team for a Trainee Producer to help grow their community engagement and to make new connections with Dorset creatives.

Working with their Producing Team, you’ll assist them in our community engagement and work with people from a range of backgrounds, connect with early career creatives in Dorset and offer them support. In return, they'll provide an external mentor for you, plenty of training opportunities for your professional development and a friendly team to work alongside.'
