You will be working to support a diverse team in delivering our marketing and communications strategy by helping them to clearly and creatively show the work they do, and its impact to their audiences.
Day to day tasks could include:
- Uploading and scheduling content to Twitter, LinkedIn, our website and newsletter
- Using Canva/Photoshop/InDesign etc. to create assets/infographics/images/audio snippets that talk about an aspect of their work or an upcoming event
- Drafting tweets and Linkedin posts that drive engagement where they want it
- Designing templates for staff to use in line with their brand guidelines
- Reading reports or talking to staff members to create new blog posts and content from their expertise
The Social Change Agency are looking for someone that:
- Has a passion for social impact and communications.
- Has curiosity and creativity to think about interesting and novel ways to communicate what they do to the people they want to reach.
- Is comfortable working with all types of people from diverse backgrounds.
- Has good attention to detail, and knows how to write or present information in an engaging and easy to navigate way.
- May bring other content creation skills like design, audio or video editing.
- Is comfortable working independently with guidance from the team.
The role will be part time, 25 hours per week. They are open to discussing a flexible working pattern and are happy to accommodate what suits the individual. Core hours are 10-4pm.
Wage: £11.05 per hour (London Living Wage)
Location: Office based with occasional work from home – 237 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9NG
Time in the office is flexible and dependent on the individual’s working days and hours
