This weekend, I made the spontaneous decision to go to the silent disco walking tour which started at the i360, on arrival we were greeted by Maestro Mania and a couple of his assistants which gave us all headphones to start our musical adventure!
There was over 20 people that came from all ages who were all ready to have fun, the music consisted of the classics “Dancing Queen”, “Bohemian Rhapsody” etc which everyone knew the words to which made us all bond over dancing on the street together singing to complete strangers who couldn’t hear what we were listening to.
My favourite part of the event was seeing lots of strangers walk past, try to get involved by joining in on the dancing or just standing there and smiling! The only thing I would have wanted is for it to last all night!
If you haven’t treated yourself to a Fringe event, I highly recommend doing this as you will feel absolutely incredible afterwards, get your dancing shoes on and book yourself a ticket on the fringe website: https://www.brightonfringe.org/whats-on/guru-dudus-silent-disco-walking-tours-125379/
