It's okay to feel...

"a place for all parents out there who know that as much as everything can seem tickety boo and peachy sweet at times, at others it can seem like a double helping of shit has been royally dolloped all over the place.

But we're all in it together."

It's okay to feel...

During these uncertain times, it’s important to stick together. It’s important never to let the conversation about mental health fall by the wayside, especially since so many of us are now making the move towards isolation and quarantine. Whilst this is, of course, essential to help maintain our physical health, it is our mental health which is set up to suffer as a consequence.

That’s where So Happy In Town comes in.

With a fun and naughty acronym like this, Susie Weaver and her company have launched #itsoktofeelshit, a campaign selling T-shirt and tote bags with this controversial legend emblazoned on the front, with all proceeds going towards YoungMinds.

Their last campaign raised a whopping £7000 for YoungMinds, with this campaign set to top even that, coming as it does during such a challenging time. It is vital during quarantine that we continue to share how we feel, even if it may not always be feeling the best. It’s okay to feel shit, and sharing it might even make you feel a little bit better.
