"To 'transcend' something, you rise above your limits and overcome whatever's holding you back," IVAV recording artist Ty Brasel introduces his new full-length album 'TRANSCENDENT,' out now.
In the tracklist of 15 songs, Ty Brasel knocked it out of the park with his signature blend of rap, R&B, and pop, and wordplay worthy of awards. Alongside the rhythmic sequences, Brasel aims to deliver a spiritual experience for those who may not see the light at the end of the tunnel.
'TRANSCENDENT' has been described as a 'rallying cry,' soundtracking Brasel's life-changing journey from tragic circumstances to triumphant redemption. He elaborates on the record's messaging: "That word is reflective of my own life experience. Trauma, fear, and pride can get in the way of you accomplishing your goals. I'm here to show people, using my own life and my own music as an example, that you can always keep going."
The lead single is the dynamic duet with Jay-Way 'MAD 2 THE MAX,' which is made up of Lebron shoutouts, synth bass, and tongue-twisting lyricism.
Stream 'TRANSCENDENT' out now.
