Magical Story Jars are hosting a super story writing competition in association with volunteer writing organisation, 'What's Your Story Chorley?'.

Would your children like to discover a bed that grew wings and took them on fun-filled adventures to faraway lands?  If they would, then the Magical Story Jars Super Story Writing Competition is just the ticket for them!  

How to enter 

Pen out up to 500 words using Magical Story Jars story starter cards and help them take their imaginations on the adventure of a lifetime. Run in association with What’s Your Story Chorley? festival of words, this is no ordinary creative writing competition. Not only are the organisers interested in children’s words, but they would also love to see their story illustrations. 

There are two age categories – 5 to 10 and 11-13 years. To be in with the chance of winning one of the six prizes up for grabs from the Magical Story Jars range, be sure to submit your entry between Saturday 24th April and the closing date on Sunday 16th May.
