Reload My Future is a virtual project designed by Next Generation Youth Theatre to support young people's well-being during this testing time. This is an opportunity for them to reflect on the now and look to the future in a fun and exciting way. Each session will include a Mindfulness task, game and filming activity. What's even more exciting is that your school's project will be made into a short film!
