Kingston's International Youth Arts Festival launches 2020 applications

Creative Youth have announced that applications for Kingston’s 12th International Youth Arts Festival (IYAF) are now open.

The Festival, delivered by Creative Youth charity, is one of the world’s largest international multi-arts festival for young and emerging artists with 200 events over 10 days. 

IYAF brings some of the greatest young talent from around the world to Kingston for 10 days of inventive, inspiring and ground-breaking theatre, music and dance. The 12th Festival will run from 3 - 12 July 2020 at venues across Kingston including performances held at the Rose Theatre, Arthur Cotterell Theatre and a free outdoor stage with live music at the historic Market Place.

Explore and share your ideas with audiences and artists from around the world at the International Youth Arts Festival. We provide a platform for you to showcase your work, whatever your artform and have a reputation for our welcoming atmosphere and supportive audiences. IYAF welcomes everyone from professional companies or artists who are touring, or testing something new, to festival first-timers looking for the opportunity to show what they can do.

Applications can feature work of any genre: theatre, music, dance, film, comedy, circus, cabaret, visual arts and more.
