Reporting from fringe festivals can be one of the most challenging and exciting experiences for a writer. It requires quick thinking, quick writing… and good navigation skills.
Join Voice's Content Editor Tom Inniss for an hour long workshop to learn the best way to tackle fringe reporting — from gaining press entry to popular shows, to analysing performances quickly when a deadline is looming.
We'll also discuss the key elements to creating an engaging and insightful review and will run a 30 minute Q&A session with the editors and a previous Voice Reporter to answer any of your questions.
During Brighton Fringe 2017 we'll be working with a team of local reporters [see application details here], and will also be on hand on 16th Feb to discuss the role should you wish to apply.
Thursday 16th February 2017, 18.30 - 20.00
Venue: Board Room M2, University of Brighton, 58-67 Grand Parade, Brighton, BN2 0JY
Please RSVP here if you would like to attend
