This is an unique paid opportunity for those who want to work in theatre and education and the chance to learn from their team of professional actors and facilitators with the possibility of being taken on as a freelance workshop leader at the end of the internship programme.
As part of training interns will receive an enhanced DBS check and first aid training.
Reporting to the Education Manager and Workshop Leader the main responsibilities of this internship will be -
Assisting workshop leaders with the running of Creation's holiday workshop programme
Lead drama games and exercises as directed by the workshop leader
Assist with script writing and devising
Assisting with Creation's specialist workshops
Sign children in and out at holiday workshops and be sure policies and procedures are adhered to
Act as a first aider during workshops
