Existing experience in creative industries is desirable but not essential.
Job Requirements
Experience working in either an administrative role or in the arts (ideally both).
Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Great organisation and communication skills both written and verbal.
A positive can-do attitude.
Ability to adapt on the fly to new situations and learn quickly.
Strong IT skills.
Job Responsibilities
Liaising with both clients and industry professionals (casting directors, producers, etc) via telephone and email.
Effectively and efficiently submitting actors for roles on Spotlight and Breakdown Express.
Answering telephone calls speaking and dealing directly with clients and industry professionals.
Website maintenance and news article writing.
Handling queries for and on behalf of our clients.
Assisting with scheduling clients' diaries for auditions, travel, press, ADR, etc.
Using our admin software (Tagmin) to arrange auditions, tapes, invoices, meetings, etc.
Editing clips and showreels.
General admin support and office responsibilities.
