Marketing, Advertising and Communications Trainee

Harbour Collective is looking for a Marketing, Advertising and Communications Trainee who is eager to learn, grow and develop key skills for starting a career within the creative industry

Marketing, Advertising and Communications Trainee

Harbour Collective is made up of 11 independent agencies, who each specialise in a different area of marketing, advertising and communications.

Harbour Collective agencies produce work across four main areas:

  • Insight & Media - they can cover the entire customer journey for their clients, which includes strategizing and planning a campaign for a brand (e.g. reaching the right audience, through the right channel, at the right time).
  • Engagement & Experience - this varies from public relations to live and experiential events - really anything and everything that has to do with the consumer experience (e.g. social media, product sampling, stunts, events).
  • Production - they can produce everything they come up with in house, whether it's film, photography, print, digital or experiential.
  • Content - this includes the process of ideation to create content on media - whether it's paid (e.g. advertisements), owned (e.g. brand's social media page) or earned (e.g. press coverage).

This programme aims to help individuals find their passion and discover their place in the creative industries. Their trainees will get a unique chance to shadow industry experts who specialise in different sub-categories of marketing, advertising, and communications.
