Activate believe extraordinary moments connect and uplift us all. Their mission is to create opportunities for everyone through the performing arts. They have created a new role in their team for a Trainee Producer to help grow their community engagement and to make new connections with Dorset creatives.

Working with their Producing Team, you’ll assist them in our community engagement and work with people from a range of backgrounds, connect with early career creatives in Dorset and offer them support. In return, they'll provide an external mentor for you, plenty of training opportunities for your professional development and a friendly team to work alongside.'

They particularly welcome applications from people who have experienced barriers or prejudice relating to their age, gender identity, ethnicity and/or having a disability or long-term health condition, their sexuality, or being from a working class/ low-income background.
