Music Hub Administrator, Creative Learning and Engagement 

Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £20,532 per annum

Now in its Ninth academic year Bristol Beacon is home to the award-winning music education hub for the city of Bristol.  As part of Creative Learning and Engagement (CLE) the Music Hub ensures that all children, whether in schools or community settings, can access and take part in high-quality musical activities. 

The Music Hub Administrator oversees the instrument hire and maintenance and plays a key part in communicating with visitors to their music education hub including parents, schools, tutors, and colleagues.  They will also provide support in the planning, preparation and implementation of pupil enrolment and admissions-related duties and music centre ensembles.  

You will have strong administration skills, preferably some experience of administration within an education setting, but this is not essential, good planning and organisational skills, and an interest in contributing to their aim of inspiring generations of young people.   

This is an exciting time to join them, Bristol Beacon has a vision to make Bristol the UK capital of Young People’s Music, and they are currently within our redevelopment period to transform Bristol Beacon into an international standard arts venue.
