Changemaker (LGBTQ+)

Pavilion Dance South West are looking to contract a freelance Changemaker to challenge and support us to become more inclusive to people who identify as LGBTQ+ with a particular focus on strengthening their links with communities local to Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole as well as supporting and increasing representation amongst their Board and workforce.

Contract = £3000 inclusive of expenses for 12 days work for the six months June to November 2022.

They have a separate budget available for access support.
