ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Their internship programme offers structured learning opportunities to support career development in the cultural sector. Successful applicants will spend six months working at Pelham across various teams in the agency, gaining an insight into the work of a leading international communications agency and its role in the art world. Tasks will include:
-Writing, editing and proofing
-Research
-Admin
-Managing press materials such as images, videos and releases
-Contributing to PowerPoint presentation decks and reports
-Joining to whole company brainstorming sessions
-Media monitoring
-Working on specific client projects
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
They are proud to work with outstanding artists and arts organisations so candidates must have a proven interest in the arts and/or communications. An eye for detail is essential, alongside a talent for writing with honed spelling and grammatical skills. The role requires a confident individual who is highly organised in their approach and prepared to show initiative. Energy and enthusiasm are of paramount importance as the culture of the agency is fast paced.

- Employed on a six-month temporary contract with a six-week probationary period at the beginning of the programme.
