Voice is Youth Media Partner at Brighton Fringe, and we’re looking for opinionated young reviewers aged 16-26 years to see shows for free, publish reviews in our magazine and help us to find the Best Newcomer to Brighton Fringe 2020.

This workshop will sharpen your skills and help you up your game as an arts festival reviewer. Voice’s Editor Tom Inniss will outline the best way to tackle fringe reporting — from gaining press entry to popular shows, to analysing performances quickly when a deadline is looming. We’ll discuss the key elements to creating an engaging and insightful review, and run a Q&A session to answer your questions about reviewing and tell you more about joining the Voice Brighton Fringe Reviewers team.

Reporting from fringe festivals is an exciting experience! It requires quick thinking, quick writing and good navigation skills. Book your place!

The event is taking place on Mon 20 April, and runs from 17:15 until 18:45.

Tickets to the event are free, and can be found on Eventbrite
