DissFest' is a community arts festival happening in the small town of Diss, Norfolk, East Anglia. It's running between the 29th and the 31st July 2016, consisting of a range of activities from theatre and photography to film and live music, and it's been organized by the arts company Unit Twenty Three.

This shows takes his study in clowning and physical comedy over the last couple of years that has resulted in the creation of Hap, the useless fellow who is demanding your attention for one hour. 'Hap (Less One)' is a completely unique hour long free-for-all in physical comedy, clowning and audience participation for childish adults.
