She will also help you think about your personal elevator pitch - how you can impress a leader at your dream organisation in under three minutes. Finally, she'll help you to develop your confidence in the application process and to train your networking skills, which will help you keep going during your job hunt.

Sarah Preece is a practitioner with a passion for supporting transformational change at an individual, team and organisation level. She has extensive experience of working within the cultural industries and is currently the Executive Director and Joint CEO of Mountview Academy, having previously worked at Battersea Arts Centre, the Royal Court Theatre and the Gate Theatre. She is also a Clore Fellow and has taught similar sessions at the selective Clore Leadership courses, so this is a unique opportunity to gain another leadership skill for the future.
