In recent years there has been a wealth of research on the links between arts and culture and health and wellbeing; from community singing aiding recovery from mental illness, to the positive impact of creative activity on dementia sufferers.

Our panel of speakers will discuss the role that the arts can play when it comes to mental health, considering the ways they can act as a vehicle for improving mental health and wellbeing, as well as talking about how we can all look after our mental health more widely.

We will be joined by Aifric Lennon, Music & Mind Researcher/Assistant Project Manager for MassiveMusic, as well as other speakers to be announced.

Price: £8.00

Members price: £4.00
