ERIC educates & inspires young people on the realities of the different creative industries, the breadth of jobs within them and provide relevant advice on how to get your foot in the door.

But most importantly we do this in an engaging, exciting, immersive and fun way through our festival vibe. So no more boring stands, men in suits but think live music, stages, workshops and lots of free giveaways!
