Graffiti is the proverbial black-sheep of art and often doesn’t receive the same critical acclaim as others. The UK authorities don’t necessarily recognise it as art and it’s still in fact considered ‘criminal damage’, unless done with permission, on legal street art sites or done as part of graffiti festivals such as the 'Bring The Paint' Festival.
Dheeraj is a recent postgraduate having graduated with a BA and MA in Politics from The University Of Leicester.
