Internationally acclaimed and prize-winning children’s author and poet Kevin Crossley-Holland will be discussing his writing life with Exeter-based poet Lawrence Sail. Kevin retells traditional stories such as The Norse Myths and British Folk Tales, and is the author of Storm, winner of the Carnegie Medal, and of an Arthurian trilogy which won the 2001 Guardian Children’s Fiction
Prize, and has been translated into 23 languages. Lawrence Sail has published twelve collections of poems, most recently, The Quick, which came out last year. Kevin and Lawrence are both Fellows of the Royal Society of Literature.
