Delving in to the lives of two young women, Third Wheel follows the moment Polly (Salt) and Eve (Mack) are reluctantly reunited at their mutual friend Dylan’s (Harry Trevaldwyn) wake. Through a droll, Sondheim-esque narration, Dylan’s band Party In The Sky follow the pair as they put their differences aside and dutifully undertake his dying wish to reunite on a road trip around the UK, ashes in tow. Audiences are invited to experience the joy and pain of love and grief through the witty lens of Mack & Salt’slatest creation.

Eliot Salt and Jude Mack have established themselves at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with cult, heartfelt productions about generation Y. In 2016 the two-part musical PREDRINKS|AFTERPARTY written by the pair enjoyed a sell-out run at the festival and was met with rave reviews. Following a celebrated 2015 run with the musical Get Your Shit Together, written by Salt and directed by Mack, the play transferred to The Landor Theatre in London.

Salt studied English at Bristol University and is currently training at LAMDA. Mack is an on stage and screen actor who recently starred in film Wanderland in 2015.
