Liskeard Schools annual concert at Stuart House to show off the skills of the music department

Stuart House Review

On Sunday 15th of October Liskeard School had their annual concert at Stuart house that showed the many talents of the music and drama department in the school. It was amazing to sit there and watch these amazing students perform their talent that they all have. It is clear that each student have a certain attribute towards the musical instrument they play or what they enjoy. As an musician i can really connect with those who are playing in the moment, you can really see that what they're doing is a part of who they are and they want to show that that is who they are and that is part of their personality and i think that that is something everyone should be proud of. I am so happy to have been someone sitting in the audience and experience this from a different perspective rather than the person playing in front of others and you become much more appreciative of their talent. In previous years i have been a part of this concert and i can relate to how nerve racking this is to stand up in front of people they don't know and it definitely boosted my confidence and i hope it has theirs. Watching this concert made me realise how unique people in our school are and that i am proud to be a part of the school community.
