Part A: Take Part - Week 1: Circus and Acrobatics

During week 1 I learnt about handstands and rolls. I watched others in the group doing the rolls. I then did some rolls myself.Sarah, my dance and drama teacher, showed me how to get itno the handstand position. I then tried to do it myself. I really did enjoy doing the rolls and trying a handstand. I did not think I would be able to do a roll or a handstand. I learnt how to do a roll, and that practise is important as things don't happen straight away. My skills have improved with the rolls, and I developed new skills by learning how to do the handstand.
