I was inspired to write this love poem from some my favourite books and it really made me think and feel it. This poem is also about immortality/eternity.
Silently sleep in the starry night,
Awake, you must make not no sound nor sight,
Take a sip of eternity,
Or not I will leave you in immortal peace,
Do not inhale the bitter sweet,
Because if you do I’ll pull you to your feet,
When you stand there I’ll linger,
I’ll trace your lips up and down with my finger,
Your gentle hair brushes my cheek,
Just rest and find the dream you seek.
I love to write poems and stories (I just love writing!) I absolutely love to read books some a lot more grown up then others!
