Amaria BB - ‘Slow Motion’
Once a rising star, Amaria has since become a trailblazer for UK R&B, using her Caribbean background to produce music that is refreshing on the UK scene. ‘Slow Motion’, written by Amaria & produced by Carlosonthebeat, has a smooth beat, unique flavour and patois (Jamaican Creole) to finish this summer hit. Its simple nature is contrary to her previous singles, but it shows growth and artistry to stick to her roots instead of following the latest trends.
shandanan - ‘Never Tired’
Having had the privilege of hearing a sneak peek of this track last year, it is now the latest release by Birmingham based music creative shandanan. ‘Never Tired’ is a relaxed song with the lyrics taking center stage. Shannon is a storyteller by nature and this always translates within her music, making this release an exciting one as we anxiously await her next project.
Ed Sheeran - 'Bad Habits’
Ed Sheeran has risen from the shadows releasing his new song ‘Bad Habits’. The song features some interesting visuals, with Ed appearing as a werewolf and flying within a minute of the video, however, the song’s foundations lie in traditional 80s pop rock – a running theme for leading artists today. We don't have to convince you to listen to this track as anything he puts his loop station to will surely get played on every radio station, bar and advert. It's just the Sheeran effect!
Doja Cat, The Weekend - ‘You Right’
‘You Right’ displays another artistic venture from Doja Cat, this time her feminine soft and sultry side. She has dominated the charts with songs like ’Kiss Me More’ – released early on this year – but ‘You Right’ provides a different take on her artistry. The song features another chart-topper in The Weeknd, continuing the ‘out of this world’ theme within her projects.
