Hi guys! My name is Delena and I’m a musician and a mental health advocate. I wanted to create this blog so I could connect more with my fans and also talk to you guys about why mental health is so important, especially now!

Jokes aside, it’s so important to remember not to judge yourself for feeling less than the perfectly happy and fabulous person on your Instagram feed. On social media, everyone presents the best version of themselves, and it’s just not realistic. I feel sad just as much as anyone else, those just aren’t the times I’m going to post an Instagram photo!
So, if you take anything from this blog post, it’s that you shouldn’t trust what you see on your social media feeds. Remember to take time to disconnect and spend a moment or two of stillness with yourself. It will make a world of difference!
