It’s okay to not be okay. Especially now. Times are hard and uncertain and as far from normality as we could possibly get. Give yourself time and be patient with whatever you’re managing to do - and if you’re not managing to do anything, that’s also okay! Rules are different during a crisis, and this is literally a global pandemic!
I really hope you’re all taking care of yourselves in whatever way you can - whether that be calling friends, cooking lots of yummy foods, going on long (safe) walks, learning a new skill or enjoying bingeing your favourite TV show for the umpteenth time. If it makes you happy, it’s okay!
Try to get some fresh air every day if you can - even if it’s just a few deep breaths through an open window. Talk about how you feel with the people you live with, on the phone with friends, even to your teddy! Getting things off your chest will make a world of difference and remind you that you aren’t alone <3
Stay strong, everyone - we’ve got this.
