Titanic Exhibition Review

This is a review based on my opinions about the titanic exhibition in Shrewsbury. I hope

that you find this review helpful thanks:)

Exhibition name:Titanic-honour and glory

Museum:Music hall

One of the key moments in our shared history is the tragic sinking of the titanic, my experience of this exhibition was fun and frenzy but also touching. The first stage of this exhibition shows a clip of the titanic and its workers I think that this video gives context to some of the stories told throughout the exhibition and is quite interesting to watch, however as you enter the main room where the heart of the exhibition is, the noise of a radio (playing audio), people testing morse code beepers and people knoking down towers of "ice" blocks (used as entertainment for kids) hits you and all the peace runs away. Yet ignoring the noise the strories were so interesting and touching and the fact that there where artefacts to help tell the story was amazing(these include an old teddy bear, a pocket watch that stopped ticking and more. After passing through this room you get a proper sense for what the ship would have looked like as displays of the celebrity cabins, sailors cabin and an iconic scene from the titanic (costumes also help you get in the mood) are shown I believe that this was a great end to the exhibition.

In conclusion I would give this exhibition a 7/10 I would really appreciate feedback and would love to hear of other peopes experiences

thanks:)

Lovely review Felix, what was your biggest take-away from the exhibition?
