The Half-Moon Backstage Tour

There was a back stage tour at the half-moon.

The Half-Moon Backstage Tour

First we went to the foyer we saw a black chalk board for people to draw on when they are waiting for the play and there was painting there as well they change the painting every 2 months then we went to the green room this is a break room and we saw a writer there . Then we went to the red room there was a mirror hidden in the cupboard then we went to the basement the first room was were the materials was kept for making the props and the set. Then the other room was were the props were made and kept.  Then we went upstairs to see the theatre we learned that Phil can take the seat off to work on the lights and can move the light when people who are doing the play want him to change it. He can also change the colour of the light to make the atmosphere more realistic and he also showed us were the fire exit is. I enjoyed everything but the best thing was when we got to see were the props were made. The people who delivered the workshop were Androulla Constantinou, Producer (Creative Learning) and Phil Clarke, Production and Technical Manager
