You will find designer brands tucked away in places such as Vintage basement, and Brick Lane Vintage has all the prints and floral pieces for putting together the perfect summer outfits. You can find art all around Brick Lane – from each corner of almost every wall, you walk passed to graffiti near doors and store walls. But, if you’re looking for some unique pieces for your home or to gift a friend, take a stroll through the stalls near the Upmarket and you will find colourful pieces while helping small businesses. Spitalfields market has endless stalls of pop art to choose from as well.

Support local!

There are so many wonderful local businesses to support near the Backmarket stalls where you will find dresses and vintage boots for a bargain. It may be tempting to fall into the hands of fast fashion, but Brazilian clothing stores like Mat will make you think again. The store has all your summer essentials with pops of colour in trendy shirts and flowy dresses.

Libreria is without a doubt one of the most serene and enchanting book stores you will find; a true hidden gem with a wide variety of books from all the best-selling authors. The store has something for everyone with stories from a diverse range of authors. It's a must-see at Brick Lane.Also, if you're looking for unique stories and literature relating to the history of East London, then the perfect place to look into would be the Brick lane bookshop.
