To what extent does the Arts Industry offer support to people dealing with mental health problems? Both externally and within the industry?
Mental health is an increasing issue worldwide, amongst both young and older generations. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. I believe more help is needed for people dealing with mental health issues, especially now it’s becoming an increasing problem for a large portion of our population. What are we doing to support these people and how can the arts industry help?

Participation Co-ordinator - FTC 12 months
A key role in the Engagement and Participation Department. The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of all participation elements of the programme including Dance Track, Dreams projects and the ballet training programme in Birmingham and on tour plus any other participatory activity. In addition, acting as a facilitator and ‘face of BRB’ when dealing with external stake-holders, project participants, parents and carers.
